If you look up "Courage" in the dictionary, the definition states: "mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear or difficulty." You'll also read words like "resilience, fortitude, tenacity and firmness of mind". These are words that define the typical Austin Storm athlete, because this is what the Austin Storm teaches its players. We believe that our players can take these qualities and apply them in their everyday lives, and make a positive impact in our world. The Austin Storm is very committed to its athletes. Players are taught the fundamentals of the game of fastpitch softball and their talents are nurtured, developed and improved.
